I’m a Malayalee by roots, born and raised in central India, where I grew up with the vibrant flavors of North Indian food. Over time, I fell in love with the simple, traditional taste of Kerala dishes, the kind my grandmother, mother, and mother-in-law lovingly prepared.
I’m not a chef or a professional cook. I’ve just started this small journey from home, making chapatis and a few Kerala snacks on an order basis. There’s no commercial setup, just a humble kitchen and a lot of love.
My children enjoy my food, and that gave me the courage to share it with others. I created a Facebook page called Ancy’s Kerala Kitchen, with the hope that, if God wills, one day I may have a small space to serve more people.
For now, this page is just a little corner where I share the taste of home. Thank you to everyone who follows and appreciates my little effort, your support means the world.
